A particular focus of mine is the concept of value in business. I strive to combine this theme with my interest in real estate. My experience in finance and investments, allows me to maintain good breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in Canadian real estate. I have explored and worked on various real estate transactions. This knowledge helps when looking at opportunities from different perspectives. Through numerous capital projects, asset dispositions/acquisitions, joint ventures, and developments I have exposure to transaction structures in all major asset classes.After completing my undergrad at the Schulich School of Business, I undertook obtaining my CPA, and completing my Post Graduate Valuation Certificate at the Sauder School of Business. What separates me, above my commitment to my work, is my honest and flexible personality.
