   Manage 40 Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Accounts in New York Metro region delivering upto last mile packages per day for Amazon. • Partner with our DSP owners as they launch and scale their business in one of the fastest growing industries in the world. • Deliver multiple value-creation opportunities and manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. • As a trusted advisor, I work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence their business planning and strategy and help them look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring that the DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success and profitable growth. • Monitor onboarding activities of new DSP owners to ensure they launch compliantly and on time, while hitting their ramping goals. • Ensure that the New York Metro Region has the delivery capacity in the DSP network to meet unforeseen and surge customer demands on a quarterly basis. • Develop Policies and SOPs on a regular basis to facilitate the growth of the Last Mile Program at a national level based on learnings and development opportunities in the New York Metro region. KPIs accomplished: • Launched 10+ delivery stations in New York Metro region for Amazon Last Mile Program during Covid surge expansion period. • Launched 25 new DSPs in the New York Metro region with an average revenue of $7M per DSP. • Facilitated 40+ transfers of DSPs across the New York Metro region to better support last mile operations in the high demand region. • Secured 95% DSP customer satisfaction (CSAT) score for Amazon\'s Last Mile DSP program through the entire year 2022 in the New York Metro region.
