I have been passionate about being at my best and helping organizations & individuals be at their very best and luckily enough I have found HR to be the perfect bridge to achieve these objectives. Continuing on my journey in my latest role feel proud to be part of Citi to build great careers,Talent processes and inclusive HR practices. For past decade I had the opportunity to be part of organizations such as DELL,Vodafone and Ola Group in diverse roles such as HRBP,Talent Management and Performance & Rewards which helped match my vocation to my passion and mostly loved every minute of it! I also deeply believe in science of HR and have picked up certifications in assessments,feedback and coaching tools such as ESCI by Kornferry, HR consulting and HR Anaytics by Cornell, OPQ32r by SHL,Adept 15 by Aon and leveraged tools such as HDI,HPS,MVPI,360 assessments,DISC,MBTI etc I also believe in working closely with academia on research and practical applications within industry, Though a strong believer that HR is as much an art as science. I am a proud alumnus of SIBM Pune and had opportunities to work with Coca Cola (HCCB) in my summers and HUL & Cummins in field projects. Mechanical Engineer by graduation from Thapar University feel lucky to have discovered my passion for HR early and built on it during following years. On a personal front I love teaching, mentoring, helping unlock potential. For me Monday mornings need to be filled with energy and enthusiasm instead of dragging to work as life is too short to do what you don\'t believe in! I am also big on new experiences, continuously learning,meeting people, understanding different cultures, adventures and love reading,biking and sometimes solo paragliding. Backpacked in 21 countries so far and 20+ states and always eager to travel and experience more.
