   Direct report to the Chief Sustainability Officer of Wells Fargo & Company to manage the governance, oversight, and reporting needed to measure progress against Wells Fargo\'s climate commitments- Drive the execution and alignment across all Lines of Business and Enterprise Functions. This work includes preparing the company for new regulatory rules across the world (e.g, SEC’s proposed rule) through governance, process, and technology improvements, managing the development of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) Report, and improving control environment for other Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures.
