My new position is as a Professor of Radiology, Surgery and Medicine at Penn State Health.I have experience in the full gamut of health care educational positions from Associate Residency Director to Associate Dean at Penn State Health. I have successfully started and sustained several major initiatives at Penn State Health and with the Pennsylvania State Government. I am proud of my work in education, clinical care and research. Starting the Office for Diversity and Inclusion at PSH as the Inaugural Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, overseeing the Diversity and Inclusion efforts of an employee organization, was one of my proudest achievements. Working with the PA state government initiatives was an honor. I am currently an Adjunct Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences, Division of Interventional Radiology. I recently stepped down as Vice Chair, Clinical Affairs for Radiology at Johns Hopkins and as Director, Radiology Supply Chain. In my work for the Department, I have been able to offer an objective, seasoned analysis of specific projects requiring intervention. My work has included compensation restructuring, process revision and supply chain realignment.
