Continuously Collaborate with Cross Functional Team : Project CVE, Project Manager, Band Manager, Plant Manager, Product Planning, Aftersales, CX, PMK, SCM, Sales and Marketing to Meet the Project launch plan.Prepare Monthly Dashboard for Top Hat Meeting.Track all issues by Coordinating with CVEs, Project Manager, Plant Manager & Quality. Framing Process Improvement strategies and implement them as per Management Direction.Collaborating with Importers : Inchcape,Ateco, Armstrong for Quality Issues in warranty, project launch and process improvements.
