ABOUT HARJ SADHRA

With a career spanning over 30 years, I have steadily progressed through to executive level roles where I have found a valuable niche combining my ability to oversee business operations with strong leadership, driving forward improvements in processes, optimise profits and enhance the customer experience. Hands-on and a sound decision-maker in challenging circumstances, resulting in outcomes that make a positive difference in people’s lives. Having begun my career with studying to Bachelor in Pharmacy, I have a strong awareness of Primary / Secondary Healthcare Sectors and the Care Industry. I retain a strong customer focus while driving market development and financial performance (Controlling regions with £Multi-Million turnover) as well as providing direct oversight for all operations in multiple branches. Naturally organised with strong commercial insight, among my proudest achievements are building high-performing, cohesive teams in demanding situations. I thrive on the responsibility of ensuring businesses run as smoothly as possible and enjoy building a strong and mutually respectful bond with team-members. I also have a keen interest in business software and have played a key role in a start-up which developed software that allows businesses to drive pursue growth and improve customer experience.
