As a Consultant at Integrated Precision Systems and Services, I have been responsible for establishing and implementing processes for mapping capabilities using Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs). In addition, I am currently leading a project focused on manufacturing a low-cost agriculture drone for crop scouting and spraying crop inputs. My role involves:\\\\n\\\\n- Working closely with clients to understand and document their requirements.\\\\n- Conducting mission planning, including the establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs).\\\\n- Supervising flights and capturing high-quality imagery.\\\\n- Creating Orthophoto mosaics by incorporating GCPs.\\\\n- Analyzing and post-processing data, including generating Information Products such as Digital Surface Models and Digital Terrain Models, Contour, Slope, Aspect, etc.\\\\n- Developing plans, layouts, and reports to effectively communicate findings.\\\\n- Leading the development and manufacturing of a low-cost agriculture drone for crop scouting and spraying crop inputs.\\\\n\\\\nKey Achievements:\\\\n- Improved efficiency by implementing UAV mapping processes that resulted in a 25% reduction in project completion time.\\\\n- Streamlined data analysis and post-processing workflows, leading to a 30% increase in productivity.\\\\n- Developed customized information products that enhanced decision-making capabilities for clients, resulting in a 20% increase in client satisfaction.\\\\n- Spearheaded the development and manufacturing of a low-cost agriculture drone, advancing precision farming practices and enabling cost-effective crop scouting and crop input spraying.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
