With close to 10 years of hands-on experience in client support and operations, I’ve been part of fast-paced environments where handling customers, managing processes, and ensuring smooth execution are part of everyday work. Currently, I spend my day coordinating with colleges, managing training programs end-to-end, and making sure everything runs seamlessly from planning to delivery. From identifying and onboarding the right trainers to scheduling sessions and tracking progress, I enjoy bringing structure and clarity to every step. Alongside this, I handle support operations - managing tickets, responding to queries across email, chat, and calls, and ensuring issues are resolved within SLA timelines. I also take care of escalations and work closely with internal teams to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. I’m also involved in maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and capturing common issues and solutions to improve team efficiency. Whether it’s coordinating with stakeholders, updating records, or keeping things organized, I like making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. And when I’m not juggling tasks, you’ll find me actively contributing ideas, improving processes, and working towards delivering a better experience for both clients and teams.
