Worked in IBM as an HR service administrator (learning and development team). Main aim is to ensure client satisfaction, analyze and monitor problems, and provide better and more feasible solutions. With nearly 3 years of diverse experience in client management, shared services, learning & development, training new hires.In my previous role at IBM and EY, I excelled at gathering and documenting detailed requirements for Talent projects, prepared various repots like daily work allocation for the entire team, Hypercare repots, and learner call repots. SAP SuccessFactors is a tool that I use on a daily basis.
