ABOUT HARITHA POTHAPRAGADA

As a Software Developer at Willowbrae Academy, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency and user satisfaction across our payroll and operations systems. I developed and integrated RESTful APIs for payroll processing using ASP.NET Core and MySQL, enabling smoother data communication and significantly optimizing payroll workflows. I also built API endpoints that enhanced payroll calculation accuracy and speed. Beyond technical development, I’ve grown increasingly involved in coordinating project activities — from defining requirements to collaborating with cross-functional teams — which sparked my interest in project management. I led the development of a personalized timesheet system using DayPilot and Deluxe Payroll API and built a lead management application that streamlined our marketing workflows. I also took initiative in maintaining internal tools using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which involved close communication with stakeholders and end users to ensure alignment with business needs. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Easwari Engineering College, I bring both a solid technical foundation and a genuine passion for learning and leading. I’m excited about transitioning into project management where I can leverage my development experience to better align teams, drive product delivery, and contribute to impactful, AI-driven solutions
