Iam a TA Manager(Engineering and Product) with a background in building data-driven solutions across growth, user experience, and internal platforms.Currently, I focus on improving acquisition funnels, optimizing conversion, and creating scalable workflows that reduce friction for both users and internal teams. I enjoy working at the intersection of data, user behavior, and business goals to deliver measurable impact.Prior to this, I spent over a decade at Amazon and other fast-paced environments partnering closely with engineering, product, and AI/ML leaders. While leading large-scale talent and program initiatives, I contributed to building and improving internal tools, ML-driven systems, and data platforms that enhanced decision-making, efficiency, and user experience. That experience continues to shape how I approach product — starting with the user problem, validating with data, and iterating quickly.I bring a unique perspective that blends strategic thinking with strong stakeholder management, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of how teams scale.I’m particularly interested in opportunities across growth, data platforms, and AI-driven where I can combine analytical thinking, user empathy, and execution to solve meaningful problems.
