ABOUT HARITHA HARIKUMAR
Started my career convincing compilers. Now I convince humans. Wrote code. Broke prod. Fixed prod. Repeated for 5 years. Learned a lot about systems… and a lot more about myself. Somewhere along the way, I realized I cared less about *how* the thing was built and more about the *why* we were building it. Switched my career into product management. I am a growth junkie. Not the flashy KPI chasing kind of growth. The what did we learn, what’s the next experiment, how do we make this thing actually work for people kind. My superpower? Reflection. Call it overthinking if you want - I call it the ability to squeeze out of mistakes (mine and others’). Outside of shipping (and breaking) things, I mentor. Students, teammates anyone trying to figure out their path. Watching someone grow beats any green build. Also: women in tech. We need more. Period. Still in beta. Still iterating. But roadmap is clear: build, learn, grow.
