At TCS, I am employed as a Business Analyst for a global supergiant (ranked 1 in Alcohol space) in Consumer Packed Goods industry. I am responsible for developing and implementing new ideas based on the data evidence that would make the software package to work well according to the market conditions. The market conditions are derived from the country wise Product Owners from the client side. I along with 3 other BA\'s, responsible for handling requirements from European and Latin American markets. We also get requirements via the client\'s House of Quality for which we develop solutions using Design Thinking ideologies and implement them keeping the User experience and Business\'s scope in mind. I have independently researched and proposed new ideas to gauge customer satisfaction levels that are proven to be trail blazing to the client after successful implementation by my team. I am well versed in Salesforce platform using which we have built the ecosystem for my client. Also, well versed in Jira project management tool, Excel, MS PowerPoint and R studio. Although I am a Business Analyst, my role in TCS has prepared me to think from a Management consultant\'s Point of view as well. In this project we are following Agile way of working until recently, currently we are transforming into SAFe- Scaled Agile Framework ways of working for better business outcome.
