ABOUT HARI SRINIVASAN
I work at the intersection of neuroscience, systems design, and institutional change. As a PhD candidate at Vanderbilt University, I study multisensory processing and peripersonal space in autism — asking how sensorimotor systems shape lived experience. My research combines rigorous experimentation with translational design, building tools and frameworks that move from theory to measurable impact.Across advisory, board, and policy roles, I focus on how complex systems function: how incentives, infrastructure, governance, and culture determine whether ideas scale or stall. I’m interested in designing structures that are accountable, reproducible, and built for real-world use.The through-line in my work is alignment — connecting vision, data, people, and institutions to produce durable change across science, technology, and society.Much of what I build is collaborative and interdisciplinary, and I value LinkedIn recommendations from those I’ve worked alongside in shaping that impact.
