Printing Packaging Professional since 25 years of experience in the area of Mono cartons, In shirt out shirt leaflets, promotional danglers, Blister cards & Corrugated cartons Packaging. In offset printing for Multi-National Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, food and fast moving consumer goods {FMCG} sectors need of printing packaging material. Areas of Responsibility: Managing the production team, Achievement of production budgets, with minimum wastage of raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials.• Consolidate the activities of all production supervisors in order to ensure smooth operation.• Assist the PPC/ Sales Manager in preparation of annual budget proposals, providing assessment and estimates of material, and manpower requirements for the production forecaster.•Production of high quality of products which meet agreed product specification quality and hygiene standards.• maintenance of a continuous supply of products of the specified quality on a timely basis.• Control of production costs, and overheads within agreed budgeted limits.• Development of a highly motivated and skill workforce capable of processing, manufacturing and packing products to meet the current and future product manufacturing requirements.• Maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace, by minimizing risk and elimination of hazards to product and people\'s safety through the implementation of a structured safety management system.• Achieve high level of employee productivity by motivating and leading multinational and multi discipline staff and ensuring effective recruitment, development, training at all level and to maintain good employee relation.Sound knowledge about Preventive Maintenance and breakdown handling of all machinery and utilities.Hand work experience in all process areas, work technique, coast cutting, Automonous maintenance, 5S, kaizen project
