Currently, Harish serves as Lead Architect for the End-to-End Process Simplification and Automation (EPSA) program, launched in June 2024 with a focus on Security Health Checks across Kyndryl and client environments. He has driven enterprise-scale optimization by transforming a legacy GitHub-based policy calibration system into a modern, web-based, scalable solution. This initiative delivers savings through: • Security process optimization • Policy Service Innovation From 2022 to 2024, Harish led the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework rollout for the National Bank of Canada as a Client Transformation SRE (CT-SRE). Implementing SRE tenets and principles, he created a unified, automated approach to reliability, performance, and compliance - resulting in architectural upgrades, process enhancements, and automation initiatives. This transformation delivered over benefits ($ value), significant FTE savings, and reusable IP assets. At IBM, Harish led global Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Experience (DX) initiatives on the IBM Services Platform with Watson (ISPW). He unified RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath), migrated infrastructure to a shared ISPW environment, and designed hybrid topologies - reducing manual work, boosting delivery efficiency, and generating $value in benefits. A key highlight of his IBM tenure was architecting and leading the Dynamic Automation (DA) program which brought in recurring and one-time savings. Later, DA evolved into the Cloud Automation Community Framework (CACF). This Ansible-based automation platform enabled rapid automation deployment and delivered client-specific content with zero-touch capabilities.
