As an HR Executive – Payroll & Operations, I manage the comprehensive payroll and attendance processes for over 1,700 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Payroll Processing – Lead end-to-end monthly payroll operations, from data gathering to gross-to-net calculations, including deductions, bonuses, and adjustments, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Attendance Management – Oversee the complete attendance tracking system with full mastery of WalletHR, gained from both my current and previous organizations. This includes configuring policies, automating attendance validation, managing leave accruals, on-duty approvals, comp-off tracking, and resolving discrepancies to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Compliance & Taxation – Ensure timely adherence to PF, ESI, and TDS requirements through accurate monthly deductions, filings, and annual returns. Data Accuracy & Audits – Conduct detailed payroll and attendance audits, validate leave and attendance data, and collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll integrity and consistency.🤝 Employee & Manager Support – Act as the single point of contact for payroll, attendance, and WalletHR-related queries, providing training and guidance for efficient system use. Reporting & Process Improvement – Prepare MIS reports, payroll summaries, and compliance documentation, while continuously optimising workflows through automation and SOP development.I am passionate about leveraging HR technology to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance the employee experience.
