Payroll Processing – Lead end-to-end monthly payroll operations, from data gathering to gross-to-net calculations, including deductions, bonuses, and adjustments, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Attendance Management – Oversee the complete attendance tracking system with full mastery of WalletHR, gained from both my current and previous organizations. This includes configuring policies, automating attendance validation, managing leave accruals, on-duty approvals, comp-off tracking, and resolving discrepancies to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Compliance & Taxation – Ensure timely adherence to PF, ESI, and TDS requirements through accurate monthly deductions, filings, and annual returns. Data Accuracy & Audits – Conduct detailed payroll and attendance audits, validate leave and attendance data, and collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll integrity and consistency.🤝 Employee & Manager Support – Act as the single point of contact for payroll, attendance, and WalletHR-related queries, providing training and guidance for efficient system use.
