This process touches every single department, right from Sales to Delivery of the motorcycle to the customer. This process also helped Royal Enfield move more than 40% of its orders from Make to Stock to Make to Order method of Manufacturing- Created India\'s first OEM led Digital Financing Platform for financing Royal Enfield Motorcycle purchases, with more than loans worth more than 90 Crores approved via this platform- Created and Deployed a Digital Sales assistance iPad app and deployed them across more than 2500 dealerships across India within 4 Months
