I am part of EY\'s learning and development organisation and lead the team that supports the design, development and deployment of learning for Europe West and Nordics Super Regions. As an account leader, my responsibilities include the following:• Partner with EW Super Region to ensure products and services delivered are aligned to the Region\'s expectations • Collaborate with Global to ensure the team is up to date in terms of Global processes, technology updates and HR systems deployment• Talent management which includes developing high performing teams based out of India and Phillipines, mentor and groom high potential individuals including succession planning • Manage relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and other key business leaders across geographies within EY• Drive the team in ensuring a culture of innovation• Collaborate with various Global and GDS Talent teams on a day to day basis to ensure smooth delivery of projects• Strategize business development and identify opportunities to bring in new business• Lead the change management to adopt to new processes, technologies and leadership thoughts• Be responsible for team’s performance improvement and quality of deliverables• Manage end to end operational processes such as procurement support, generate billing data, invoice reconciliation, AR follow ups, expense reporting, budget tracking• Manage and report the team’s metrics such as utilization, billing and productivity• Manage hiring in terms of liaising with the local recruitment team and the HRBP
