Project- WATER BLOCK PROJECT, IOCL-PANIPAT (P-25)Responsibilities-Preparation of Instrumentation deliverables including Instrument Index, I/O lists, datasheets, JB schedule, cable schedule, PLC interconnection diagrams, MCT block layouts, and cable interconnection drawings.Review and validation of P & IDs to ensure accurate representation of control and instrumentation requirements.Sizing and selection of field instruments such as transmitters, gauges, sensors (pressure, flow, temperature, level), and analyzers based on process requirements.Performing calculation and selection of flow elements, thermowells, and automated valves (SOV, MOV, control valves).Developing and maintaining instrument specification/data sheets for all field instruments and control valves.Vendor document and drawing review/approval for instruments, analyzers, bulk materials, and control systems.Preparation of Material Requisition (RFQs), MTOs, and technical databases, ensuring compliance with client specifications and project standards.Coordination with interdisciplinary teams (process, electrical, mechanical, civil) for seamless instrumentation interfaces.
