Reporting directly to the Founders and Board, I am responsible for defining and executing the group-wide HR transformation roadmap, in alignment with Carlyle India Advisors’ strategic direction and the company’s IPO-readiness program.Key Focus Areas: Strategic HR Leadership• Driving HR alignment across 450+ sales professionals and 400+ corporate, plant, and support staff.• Leading professionalization of HR processes, central operations, and governance alignment across all business units. IPO Governance & Policy Structuring• Spearheading policy standardization, PMS rollout, org structure harmonization, and documentation to support audit and investor-readiness. HR Tech & Process Digitization• Overseeing KEKA HRMS to streamline payroll, onboarding, leave, PMS, and MIS analytics.• Enabling data-driven HR decisions through dashboards and recruitment insights.
