Harish is a Project Lead / Architect with 20 plus years of experience across various sectors – Commercial, Airports, Higher Education, Industrial and Healthcare, and currently works as a Senior Project Manager at Perkins & Will Seattle, leading an exciting Science and Tech project in South San Francisco. He immensely enjoys Project Management and is skilled at project scheduling / delivery, design coordination, project solving & managing client expectations. Harish served as a project lead at P&W Vancouver for a 9-tower mixed used project providing homes for residents, with towers ranging from 25 to 65 floors high in Coquitlam BC. Harish as the co-lead for the project team of 24+ architects in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto quickly rose to build a strong, positive, client relationship with his ability to orchestrate complex set of deliverables with great ease. Another project he led as PM was Ashley Mar - a 650 plus residences in 3 towers ranging from 16 to 35 floors and is the largest Vancouver coop project in recent history. Previously Harish led 4 commercial projects as Project Manager – a 10 floor mass timber residential tower in Vancouver, BC, a 5-floor commercial office building in Vancouver BC, a shopping complex in Colwood, BC in Victoria Island and a 3-floor residential repurposing project in Surrey BC. He has also played a key part as the designer of the final tower façade on the sf Amazon Building in Vancouver which was an impactful, creative high point in his tenure at MCM. From 2012 to 2018, Harish has served as the lead architect or designer at Stantec, Vancouver for various P3, DB, CM at Risk, IDP/IPM, DBB projects including YVR CORE Ground Transportation Facility, Iqaluit Airport – Combined Services Building, Surrey Biofuel, Saskatoon Civic Operations, North Island Hospitals, DND - Integrated Personnel Support Centers – CFB Wainwright and CFB Comox. Prior to working at Stantec Vancouver, Harish had worked in Stantec, Washington DC from 2007 (Formerly Burt Hill) where he had played critical roles as the design coordinator and Revit manager for George Mason University VIIC, VA and while working in Philadelphia Office, on the SUNY Binghamton University - Dickinson Community, NY State project. Prior experience includes historic preservation, museum, and theatre design at Quinn Evans Architects, Washington DC. Harish has a Master’s degree in Architecture from University of Colorado, USA and an undergrad degree in Architecture from Bangalore University, India, and is a LEED accredited professional since 2009.
