I am a Suspense Account Reconciler in the Payment Operations function at NatWest Group, where I work on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely clearance of suspense accounts arising from high-volume banking transactions.My role involves investigating unmatched entries, managing ageing items, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with operations and technology teams to resolve exceptions in line with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. This experience has strengthened my understanding of banking operations, payment processing, and operational risk management.I hold a B.Com degree from Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Science and being the Best Outgoing Graduate of the college, with foundational exposure to marketing and consumer experience, which complements my analytical approach to problem-solving and stakeholder communication.Beyond my professional role, I am a professional tennis player and an All-Round Performer Silver Award winner (2023–24), bringing discipline, resilience, and a performance mindset into my work.
