With over 13 years of multi-cultural FMCG experience, I currently serve as Vice President - Supply Chain at House of Spices India, a leading food and beverages company in North America. In this role, I oversee end-to-end supply chain operations—including planning, procurement, sourcing, and new product development — across the markets of USA and Canada.Previously, during my 8.5-year tenure at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd.(GCPL), I gained extensive experience across supply chain and manufacturing functions in global markets. I started as a Factory Manager in Guwahati, overseeing the production of hair care, personal care, and home insecticide products. I then transitioned into an international supply chain role, managing operations across Africa and South America. In my last three years at GCPL, I was based in the USA, leading supply chain and manufacturing while building and optimizing systems and processes across planning, procurement, sourcing, and distribution. This experience strengthened my ability to drive operational excellence, enhance efficiencies, and manage end-to-end supply chain complexities on a global scale.Passionate about driving supply chain excellence and innovation, I specialize in process improvement, cost optimization, change management, and blockchain technology. I have successfully led strategic initiatives that enhanced efficiency, agility, and sustainability, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, reduced inventory, and increased profitability.Recognized for my leadership and contributions, I have received multiple industry accolades, including the Best Supply Chain Initiative and the 40 Under 40 Supply Chain Leader 2022. I hold a PGD in Operations and Supply Chain from NITIE and a dual degree in Bachelor of Engineering & Technology (Industrial Engineering and Information Technology).
