Building Red Bull business in India from start including shaping the long term strategy, business model and the right culture organisation for Red Bull in India subcontinent-Successfully Set up Optimal Route to Market, evaluating underlying financial reality of each route to market for each channel -Spearhead the risk management for the company in terms of business and statutory compliances-Improvement in Value Chain.
