Roles & Responsibilities • Purchase order release, & Proforma invoice receipt, confirmation • Advance payments, Forex payment, L/C processing, Bank Submission, Forex Payments • Freight negotiation and space booking, Shipping schedules, draft documents approval and system updating. • Export Logistics, documentations, and SB Filling• Pre and Post shipping documents, IDPMS, EDPMS, BRC• Preparation of import data and sharing to marketing/production team • Follow up & receipt of shipping documents • Co-ordination with freight forwarder, liner, CHA and foreign customer/supplier • RoDTEP license procurement & payments • Import under 100% EOU, EPCG, Advance Authorization scheme.• Import under Concession rate of duty scheme (IGCR) • Preparation of Bank Guaranty, Continuity Bond, EPCG bond & B-17 Bond for various duty-free import like ICGR/ Concession rate, EPCG & EOU scheme. • HSN classification & technical write up preparation. • Obtain of compliance certificate like, SIMS, PIMS, ADC NOC, import under SVB (Special Valuation Board) • Checklist approvals & BOE filing for assessment completion & Custom duty payment for timely clearance.• Custom clearance follows up, communication to the transporter, E-waybills Issuing and communicate to warehouse. • Receipt of Liner Bills, CHA bills, transportation bills and timely payment to service providers and suppliers • Close follow up with warehouse & supplier for short or excess material of goods • Follow up of credit note & debit note and its payments. • Follow up with insurance company & supplier for insurance claim of damaged goods • Preparation of customs duty and service providers/vendor payment projection • Landing cost calculation for each shipment, Responsible for meeting cost targets for procurement cost/Logistics cost • Liaison with DGFT/CSEZ for renewal of IEC, LOP/LOA, Green card, RCMC, SVB.
