Client: Multinational Automotive Manufacturing Corporation April 2023 - Present• Deployed a solution in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) which gathers customer feedback/ratings from 3rd party data source (SurveyMonkey) for User Satisfaction Dashboard: checks the performance how car brands are performing in different countries. Technology stack used- Python, BigQuery API client libraries, Google Secrets Manager, Google Artifact Registry, Cloud Run, BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage• Gathering and transforming streaming data from all the Stellantis websites with the help of BigQuery• Building KPIs (Key parameter indexes) for Customer Funnel Dashboard (tracks users buying journey) and Sales Funnel Dashboard (tracks various car brands performance over a period of time) on BigQuery and Snowflake data warehouses• Building robust data pipelines and doing ELT on Azure Data factory • SQL query design and scheduling them to run periodically
