Joined as Branch Manager at Chennai in and have played myriad roles during various stages of my career progression as Regional Manager, General Manager, VP, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Have handled Sales, Marketing, Market & Business Development, Branding, Franchisee & Dealer network, development of Eco-system and NBFC partners for Finance. Have also been responsible for outsourcing, New Project implementation & Business Planning, in addition to complete responsibility for deliverables from Marketing, Service and other functions. Currently as Director, I am responsible for Strategy, Market Share, Customer Satisfaction, Employee engagement, digital transformation, cohesive functioning plus top and bottom-line growth. Ace Designers Ltd- Marketing & Service Division (formerly Micromatic Machine Tools) is today spread over 75+ locations, with 800+ employees, CNC m/cs and annual sales of CNC m/cs.Have been fortunate to have been a part of the growth story of Ace Micromatic Group, whose turnover increased from Rs. 35+ crores in to 3678 crores in March 2025.
