Key responsibilities include- Facilitated support services for over 30 residents, ensuring their well-being and addressing their needs- Led administrative tasks such as managing resident records and assisting probation staff, contributing to streamlined processes- Developed communication strategies to engage effectively with residents and multidisciplinary teams, improving collaboration and outcomes.
