Managed bid teams of up to 65 members, representing cross-functional experts representing business, legal, finance, technical and PMO functions- Developed transformation business cases for Digital Transformation, legacy modernisation, critical awareness of change and associated risks and determining the value pools for visualising and navigating the future of the org. Special interest in large-scale Tech & OPs implementations of SaaS ERPs (Oracle, SAP & MSD), CRMs (Salesforce), Telephony (Genesis) and Cloud implementations, including Fin OPs and RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism).
