My role involves thorough review and verification of all franchisee paperwork to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. I conduct regular inspections focusing on hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring that each shop adheres to our rigorous health and safety standards. Additionally, I provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensuring they follow established procedures and consistently meet the quality benchmarks that our customers expect. As part of this role I was required to complete a Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety in Retail course, which teaches the importance of effective food hygiene and safety management and how to implement it in a food retail environment. Through my efforts, I help uphold the reputation of Nafees Bakers as a trusted and beloved brand.
