My focus is on providing technical recommendations, solution designs, statements of work and proposals to meet customer requirements.• As a pre sale Technical Architect, represent the full breadth of TELUS Security Solutions portfolio including advisory services, technology resale, security professional services, and managed security services.• Lead large scale multi-PLT (Telecom, Cyber Security, UC etc) complex deals by liaising among customer, vendors and TELUS internal teams for a workable & mutually agreed solution.• Work with sales team to discover gaps in customer infrastructure and turn them into potential business opportunities.• Develop responses to RFI’s, RFQs and RFP’s.• Develop technical recommendations, solution designs, statements of work (SOW), BOM’s and proposals to meet customer requirements.• Coordinate with project management and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.• Work collaboratively with other TELUS business units for an integrated managed solution. development. Make recommendations to product management for improvements and new features.• Focus on enhancing the client experience by contributing to continuous improvement in business unit tools, processes, service development and/or feature enhancement.• Maintain current working knowledge of security technologies and trends.SKILLS: NGFW, Cloud FWs, IPS/IDS, EDR/xMDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR/XSIAM, IDM/PAM, SASE/SSE (Palo Alto Prisma Access & Cisco Umbrella), CASB, DLP, Email Security solutions.
