I am fortunate to get a wide ranging experience across industries and in a multitude of roles from managing and leading small teams to delivering complex analyses and running stakeholder workshops. Some of my previous experience includes:> Developing a detailed financial model to support 5-year strategy for a sensitive government organisation by simulating scenarios to quantitatively and qualitatively compare benefits and costs.> Product owner, and working closely with Operational Police officers (Counter terror and Serious crime units) to develop a Virtual Reality training simulation - owning product development from cradle to grave.> Supporting the Metropolitan Police’s technology service delivery to front line officers.> Delivering over 700, technical change requests for BAE systems. Leading small teams and delivering change requests in a large ERP implementation project.
