With 11 years of experience in product development, I specialize in thermal management, electronic and Battery system and components.I lead and mentored a highly talented team involved in the design of the next-generation BESS enclosure at Fluence Energy. In the past, I had the privilege of being part of three significant NPIs at GE, contributing to the development of innovative BESS Enclosure and next-generation Solar Inverters. Another highlight of my career includes being involved in the design and supply of Balance of Plant (BOP) systems for ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) during my time at L&T. My passion for sustainable engineering and dedication to pushing the boundaries of clean energy solutions drive me to make a positive impact on the world\'s energy landscape.
