As a student intern at FANUC India, one of the leading industrial automation companies in the world, I apply my skills and knowledge in automation and MATLAB to support the development and testing of robotic solutions for various industries. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Robotics at University at Buffalo, where I learn from renowned faculty and researchers in the field of intelligent and autonomous systems. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, where I gained hands-on experience in designing and manufacturing machines and components. I also have multiple certifications in mechanical design, intelligent machining, and differential equations for engineers, which demonstrate my proficiency and interest in these areas. I am passionate about exploring the applications and challenges of robotics in different domains, such as manufacturing, healthcare, and education. My goal is to contribute to the advancement and innovation of robotics and automation, and to make them more accessible and beneficial for society.

   Designed and executed validation and FAT protocols for robotic cells and AGV systems, defining acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and process capability metrics. Collaborated with equipment vendors and integration teams during plant commissioning to ensure tools were mechanically aligned, properly interfaced with PLC systems, and met performance specifications. Analyzed equipment and process data from SQL databases to plan preventive maintenance and optimize equipment reliability; validated data integrity and coordinated corrections with automation and data teams. Reviewed and optimized PLC I/O logic and control triggers to enhance synchronization between robots, AGVs, and conveyors, improving system responsiveness and stability. Managed material flow through AGV docking stations and robotic work cells, ensuring efficient transfer of raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse. Worked with vendors during installation to identify and address open issues, ensuring timely resolution of process deviations and proper alignment of tools to mechanical, control, and quality standards. Led troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and automation issues across conveyors, robots, accumulators, and AGVs, minimizing downtime and maintaining continuous production flow. Documented equipment performance results, validation reports, and process improvements to support continuous improvement and manufacturing scalability.
