As a Manager of NPI Sourcing at Secure Meters Limited, I lead the end-to-end sourcing activities for new product development and launch, ensuring supply chain readiness and alignment with cross-functional teams. I have over 15 years of experience in sourcing and vendor development of Electronics and Mechanical parts of smart electronics devices, energy meters, and home appliances.I leverage my ISO 9001:2008 certification and problem-solving skills to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that result in improved cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance. I also negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and mitigate risks, while fostering long-term strategic partnerships and driving supplier innovation and improvement.
