Thank you for visiting my profile. My research interests include the Law of the Sea, UNCLOS, marine environmental protection, and climate change. I pursuing Ph.D.(Law)-Full time from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He is dedicated legal professional who completed his LL.M, at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU)-An Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India (GOI) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, through the School of Integrated Coastal & Maritime Security Studies (SICMSS). Originally hailing from the Saran District in Bihar, Hariom has a strong academic background, having completed his Integrated B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) programme with a specialization in Corporate Law at the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya.Throughout his academic journey, Hariom has been actively involved in various national-level debate competitions and moot court events, showcasing his strong advocacy skills. He has gained substantial practical experience through internships at several reputable law firms, including Arvind & Arvind Association in New Delhi, and at prestigious judicial institutions such as the Supreme Court of India, the Patna High Court, the Delhi High Court, the District Court of Raipur, and multiple District Courts in Delhi, Gujarat, Raipur and Patna.Hariom commitment to the legal profession extends beyond his academic pursuits. During his time at the CUSB, School of Law & Governance, he was an active member of the Legal Aid Clinic, Debate Society, and Pro-Bono Club during the 20••••22 academic year. His dedication to providing legal assistance continued in the 20••••23 academic year, where he remained a key participant in the Legal Aid Clinic at SLG and CUSB.Hariom foundational education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sonpur (K.V. Sonpur), where he excelled in National level Sports. His comprehensive education, practical experience, and active participation in various legal forums make him a well-rounded and proficient legal professional, ready to contribute effectively to the legal field.
