My passion for numbers and strategies led me to pursue a Master\'s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from NYU School of Professional Studies, where I received multiple scholarships for academic excellence. I also obtained a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from STR, demonstrating my proficiency in data analysis and revenue optimization for the hospitality sector. Currently, I am a Business Intelligence Manager at Getaway, a company that offers unique and relaxing cabin experiences for urban dwellers. In this role, I leverage my expertise in Looker, a data visualization and business intelligence software, to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights that inform and support strategic decisions for the company\'s growth and performance. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, finance, and product, to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations for various projects and initiatives. I am a highly energetic and passionate individual who enjoys working hand in hand with hospitality professionals and adding a human element to my work. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to uncover unique and creative ways to deliver projects at hand. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems and finding opportunities for improvement and innovation. My goal is to become a successful hospitality revenue professional who can drive value and impact for the industry.
