Experience Design for a Managed Cloud Services Platform:Designed the Reporting section and Data Visualization for an enterprise-level application for provisioning and managing transitioning from manual to automated processes with a self-service, API-driven platform. I was part of 4 Designers team each of us taking ownership of their respective sections. Also contributed new components to the design system and standardized interaction patterns across the platform.Impact:Reduced VM/Cluster provisioning time to 3-10 minutes through proper function allocation and error prevention.Minimized risk and complexity with precise information hierarchy, structure and and feedback mechanisms.Improved time-to-value (TTV): With the new experience, the amount of time it takes for customer from setting up account to see the outcome is faster and significantly improved compared to manual process.Enabled real-time insights into cost and performance through multiple dashboards.
