Design Quality Engineer – Aerospace Systems & Harness IntegrationLead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure aerospace cable and harness systems meet stringent safety, compliance, and manufacturability standards. Oversee the full design lifecycle—from concept validation and design reviews to industrialization and production support.• Validate engineering design packages against Panasonic standards, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance (AS9100, EASA Part 21G), and readiness for production.• Manage component lifecycle verification, ensuring availability, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation through reliable sourcing and supplier collaboration.• Lead Design Quality Verification (DQV) reviews, aligning stakeholders on User Requirement Specifications (URS), Development Specifications, and Interface Control Specifications (ICS) for PDR, CDR, and release milestones.• Support Agile PLM and Oracle EBS integration projects to streamline design-to-production workflows and enhance traceability.• Conduct environmental testing (ENV) on QMT fiber-based harnesses and support root cause analysis and design optimization.• Coordinate OEM submissions including ADLs, EWIS, and NOCs, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with customer requirements.• Drive continuous improvement through Power BI-based KPI reporting, capacity planning, and Lean initiatives.• Train engineers on Creo Parametric 8.0, BricsCAD, Agile, and Windchill, accelerating onboarding and technical proficiency.• Contribute to sustainability and revision control efforts through legacy data modeling and structured change management.
