These capabilities allow practices to streamline their workflows, improve revenue collection, and offer patients greater flexibility and convenience in payment options.Responsibilities:• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on payment workflows and best practices.• Support US & UK clients in deploying effective, revenue-focused payment strategies.• Analyze transactional data to enhance payment efficiency and minimize costs.• Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and innovations (e.g, PCI DSS).• Lead onboarding, configuration, and training for new practices.• Understand client needs and guide them in using platform features effectively.• Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.• Communicate client feedback and feature requests to internal stakeholders.• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap.• Simulate real-world scenarios to test usability and performance.• Relay insights and technical issues to product and engineering teams.• Oversee and reconcile daily transactions across systems.• Resolve payment failures, chargebacks, and discrepancies.• Generate actionable reports on payment trends and performance.• Support month-end reconciliations and assist with new payment system integrations.
