Today, I channel that experience into global clinical research, specializing in patient engagement and recruitment for large-scale, multi-country clinical trials.Having worked across hospitals, CRO’s, and global pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol Myers Squibb (one of the top 10 globally) and Novo Nordisk (the #1 in diabetes), I\'ve gained valuable insights into both the pharmaceutical and biopharma sectors.Here\'s a snapshot of my journey: Global Leadership in Clinical Trials:• Led Global Patient Recruitment: Managed 7 priority studies in Oncology and Haematology. • Led Phase 2 & 3 clinical trials in Oncology, Neurology, and Cell Therapy across the USA, Europe, and Japan, ensuring compliance with global guidelines (FDA, EMA, PMDA, DCGI).• Managed CTMS & eTMF systems to ensure smooth study operations, audits, and regulatory compliance.• Partnered with Global Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) and NGOs to enhance access to clinical trials, improving recruitment metrics.• Designed Patient Engagement Strategies: Developed and executed recruitment strategies to improve enrolment. • Collaborated with KOLs & HCPs: Worked with key opinion leaders in the APAC region to enhance patient recruitment.• Led the creation of digital materials and enhancements to BMSclinicaltrials.org, improving site/patient experiences and accelerating recruitment.
