With a multifaceted career spanning engineering and finance, I have consistently demonstrated versatility and adaptability across diverse professional landscapes. I began my journey as an Automobile Engineer, specializing in developing application software for the body control module of cars.Driven by a passion for understanding the holistic view of businesses, I pursued MBA from IIM Udaipur, where I actively contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a member of the e-cell. My efforts focused on bridging the gap between early start-ups and investors, fostering innovation and growth.As a founding member of Asia\'s first student-led Impact Investment Fund at IIM Udaipur, I served as an Associate in Financial Analysis. Our mission is to drive social and environmental change through strategic investments.After completing my MBA, I transitioned into the dynamic world of investment banking. My experience includes working on M&A deals by developing acquisition models, leveraged buyout (LBO) models, and capital raises by building Cash-flow models. Notably, I participated in a full-cycle transaction for an oil and gas company, preparing a comprehensive cash flow model and an investment memorandum to reach out to investors for successful Cap raise. In addition to transaction-specific work, I have conducted extensive industry research and prepared detailed industry research reports.Throughout my career, I have thrived in dynamic environments, consistently adapting to new challenges and delivering results.
