About Manoj Hariharan
From being a software engineer doing the most exciting work of designing software for cars to performing an organizational development role in Knowledge Management (KM) to becoming a leadership coach and DRBFM trainer, the past 17 years have been greatly rewarding. Currently, my core KM work at Bosch involves Collaboration, Serendipitous Knowledge Discovery, Ease of Use and Continuous Improvement. I’m an active member of the K-Community (Knowledge Management), Bangalore Chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industries’ (CII) National Committee on KM. I’m also a member of Team India, KM Global Network. I have delivered lectures on KM Practices in many forums including the Global KM Congress. I’m actively involved in shaping the leadership culture in Bosch India as a Coach for several Leadership Development programs.I’m passionate about Behavioural Economics and my professional interest is extending into the vast field of Organization Development.
