OOver 18 years of extensive experience in Process Engineering of Offshore Oil & Gas facilities which includes Wellhead platforms, central processing platforms, gas compression platforms, water injection platforms, FPSO and living quarters. Have been involved with all kinds of projects including Feasibility studies, Basic FEED packages, Detail engineering packages, LSTK Detailed engineering and pre-bid engineering. Experience includes leading process engineering team in preparation and checking of process deliverables like PFDs, P & IDs, Simulations, Sizing calculations, Datasheets, Reports, Manuals, Relief and Blowdown Studies. Coherent in handling multi-disciplinary role such as Process Lead Engineer, Package Engineer and system Responsible Engineer. Well experienced in usage of process engineering software’s like HYSYS, UNSISM, FLARENET, PIPENET and PIPESIM.Participated in many HAZOP studies such as HAZOP, HAZID and SIL. Effective in interactions with other engineering disciplines, clients, licensors and Vendors. Conversant with international codes and standards such as API, Norsok as well as major oil and gas operators like Shell, Petronas, Equinor, ADNOC and AkerBP specifications and engineering design practices.
