Hi, I’m Hariharan Ramesh—a former national rower turned aspiring sports scientist. Sport has always been a central part of my life, especially endurance disciplines like running, swimming, and cycling. But it was rowing, from 2017 to 2022, that truly shaped my identity—teaching me discipline, resilience, and what it means to pursue excellence.After completing my B.Com (General) in 2022, I made a bold pivot to follow my true passion—sports and exercise science. I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc.(Hons.) in Sports and Exercise Science, starting from the fundamentals and building my knowledge step by step. Coming from a non-science background, it’s been a challenging but deeply fulfilling journey, driven by genuine curiosity and purpose.Today, I’m not just focused on learning but also on sharing and teaching. I’m passionate about making sports science more accessible, evidence-based, and meaningful for athletes, coaches, and everyday enthusiasts. Whether it’s performance enhancement, injury prevention, or athlete education, I believe in empowering others with the right knowledge to unlock their potential.My mission is simple: to keep growing, and to help others grow with me—both on and off the field.
