ABOUT HARIHARAN RAJAPANDIAN
With postgraduate degree in Urban Design from Sheridan College and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from York University, I\'ve honed my competencies in urban planning and employee training. Currently employed at Walmart, I leverage my civil engineering background from St. Joseph\'s College of Engineering to provide top-notch customer service and foster profitable customer relationships. My role also includes training new hires, ensuring they\'re well-versed in company protocols and customer engagement strategies. My recent work experience includes a transformative project as an Urban Designer for the Town of Milton, where I led streetscape renovations and developed 3D visual renderings.
