I work closely on developing and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs to support high-performance applications. I architect robust systems, manage evolving database schemas to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval, and implement a microservices architecture for modular and scalable solutions.As a functional backend tech lead, I collaborate with peers on code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Being part of a startup, we manage project timelines and ensure the team meets development milestones with a \"whatever it takes\" mindset. Additionally, we monitor and enhance system performance, aiming to meet p90 and p99 goals, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure low latency and high availability.I work closely with domain experts, frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.I also actively research and adopt new technologies to improve my backend expertise over time.
